Our Mission:
‘Udaan Sapno Ki’ gives wings to the dreams of our girls across India. Addressing gender disparities in access to education and ensuring equal opportunities, encouraging financial security for girls, focusing on their good health and a healthy mind, and employable Skill development training for financial independence.
Bridging the Gender Gap in Education
We support educational access for girls from underserved communities through scholarships, mentorship, and awareness programs. We partner with NGOs, schools, and local institutions to ensure girls receive the same learning and development opportunities as boys.
Creating Equal Opportunities
We conduct mentorship program for the education of underprivileged girls. Our CSR initiatives promote gender equality within companies by encouraging “Diversity Hiring”, “Leadership Development Program for Women”, “Flexible Work Policies for New Moms”, “Equal Pay Audits”, etc.
Supporting Physical & Mental Wellness
Our programs include health workshops, hygiene drives, self-defense awareness programs, and mental wellness initiatives to build confidence and resilience. We organize health check-up camps, conduct hygiene awareness programs, and hold workshops on a balanced diet, healthy eating habits, and regular exercise. Workshops on mental wellness through counselling sessions.
Enabling Skill Development
We offer and promote training programs for girls and young women in job-relevant skills, from digital literacy to communication, entrepreneurship, and vocational skills to enhance their employability and livelihood. Helping unrepresented and underprivileged girls become financially independent.
